Repaglinide and Metformin Dosage

Dosing for People Switching From Metformin and Prandin

If you already take both metformin and Prandin, you should start with a repaglinide and metformin dosage that provides a similar amount of both active ingredients. The starting repaglinide and metformin dosage should not exceed your current dosage of either metformin or Prandin. If necessary to control your blood sugar, your healthcare provider may increase your dose.
