Diclofenac
Taking repaglinide and metformin with diclofenac can increase the level of repaglinide (one of the components of repaglinide and metformin) in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Digoxin
Theoretically, digoxin may affect the ability of the kidneys to filter metformin (one of the components of repaglinide and metformin) from the blood, possibly leading to high levels of metformin. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely if you take these medications together.

Gemfibrozil
Taking repaglinide and metformin with gemfibrozil can significantly increase the level of repaglinide (one of the components of repaglinide and metformin) in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. In general, these two medications should not be taken together.

Montelukast
Taking repaglinide and metformin with montelukast can increase the level of repaglinide (one of the components of repaglinide and metformin) in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects (especially dangerously low blood sugar). Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your dose of repaglinide and metformin if you are taking these two medications together.

Morphine
Theoretically, morphine may affect the ability of the kidneys to filter metformin (one of the components of repaglinide and metformin) from the blood, possibly leading to high levels of metformin. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely if you take these medications together.
