Korlym Warnings and Precautions

Who Should Not Take Korlym?

You should not take Korlym if you:
 
  • Are pregnant.
 
  • Are a woman of childbearing potential and not using birth control.
 
 
  • Are taking certain medicines, such as:
 
 
  • Have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
 
  • Have cancer of the lining of the uterus (endometrial cancer).
 
  • Have an overgrowth of the lining of the uterus (endometrial hyperplasia).
 
  • Are allergic to Korlym, mifepristone, or any of the inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
