If Actoplus Met XR and certain decongestants are taken together, this can make Actoplus Met XR less effective, increasing your chance of high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). Decongestants are in many cough and cold products, so talk to your healthcare provider or pharmacist before taking any cough or cold products if you are taking Actoplus Met XR.
Certain Seizure Medications
